The first course of the European Project Blue Academy for Professionals of the Seafood Industry (BAPSI) took place on May 15, which develops synergies, cooperation and common training between Italy, Spain and Portugal and was co-financed by the EASME program of the European Union.
The webinar dealt with the “Management of the“ disaster risk ”in fish products”. The issue arises from the awareness that in recent decades, natural and man-made disasters have become frequent and increasingly destructive.
